About Curt

Twenty‑eight years in the powerline trade.Curt Minard climbed his first pole nearly three decades ago with a contractor utility—and he hasn’t stopped working for this trade since.
Midway through his power line career and as a new father, Curt survived a high‑voltage electrical contact accident that should have taken his life. It didn’t. What it did, was change everything. That moment forged an unbreakable commitment to safety and a belief that no job, no deadline, and no pressure is ever worth a brother or sister’s life. Curt didn’t just survive—he came back stronger, more focused, and more determined than ever to make sure others go home safe, that YOU go home safe.
